- Notifications: you can now empty the Cleared tab, and clear a single occurrence of a notification instead of all of them.
Changed
- Overview: a restart of an otherwise healthy backend now shows as a neutral note, not a warning.
- Fix actions clean up their markers once the problem is resolved.
