Added

• CLI: the command line tool is now douklar-cli, reached as douklar, with status, doctor, config, mapping, check run and sync plan|run. ./install.sh cli installs it.
• S3 Batch: Retry unfinished objects in the Jobs drawer creates a new AWS job for the rows a failed, cancelled or partly failed job did not copy.
• Sync: a second run is refused with 409 sync_run_active while one is queued or running.

Changed

• CLI: douklar sync run moves the destination ECR latest tag only with --ecr-update-latest. CodeCommit overwrite consent is --codecommit-overwrite.
• Sign-in: AUTH_MODE=none refuses to start unless APP_ENV=local.
• Install: local mode runs only the bundled PostgreSQL.

Removed

• CLI: the previous CLI command is removed with no alias. Use douklar.
• S3 Batch: the import-manifest mode is removed. Use a generated CSV or an S3 Inventory report.
