First release of SSM Explorer, a read-only CLI for AWS SSM Parameter Store.

list, search, get, diff, export, browse and deepsearch commands for Parameter Store.
Multi-profile and multi-Region support, SecureString decryption, JSON output.
A TOML config file with config init, show, set and path.
Read-only by design: no write, put, delete or modify call to AWS.
